PERSONAL
​
Toby was born and raised in Richardson, Texas and is a graduate J. J. Pearce High School. He is married to Suzy of Richardson, Texas and has three children.
​
Toby is an active member at Forest Community Church in Plano, Texas where he occasionally preaches. He has served in leadership roles for other non-profit organizations including as Senior Warden of Christ Church Plano, as a board member for Kingdom Mission, and as a board member for Restored Hope Ministries.
​
Toby enjoys reading, soccer, racquetball, chess, politics, and playing the saxophone.
